Our Chamber Member Window Decal tells the public you are a quality firm, and you support community betterment goals.

Referrals
Our Chamber Office is the primary source for information for visitors or prospects to the community.  Only Chamber Members’ names are given to inquirers.  We are a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Internet Exposure
Each Chamber Member is listed on the Chamber’s website.  The Company’s name, address, phone number, contact name and business description can be seen worldwide.

Quarterly Newsletter
The Newsletter keeps you informed about current issues as well as local activities.  Chamber Members are also kept informed via e-mail and Facebook.

Membership Directory
Every Member receives free listing in the directory which is distributed throughout the year to businesses and individuals.

Networking
The Chamber provides the opportunity for networking with other business contacts through a variety of Chamber activities throughout the year, such as:  Reality Store and Homecoming Parade at FCHS, Old Timers Baseball Game, Annual Golf Outing, November Noel, including visits from Santa and the official lighting of Christmas lights, Professional Women’s Day, Holiday Home Tours, Brookville After Hours, Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies for new openings, and publicity in every edition of the local paper and Chamber News.

Economic
Economic Benefits are derived from Chamber activities that affect your business directly (your cost) or indirectly (building a larger prospect/customer base).  The Chamber also works closely with the Economic Development group that generates employment in the county by providing information on inquiries and following up on new business prospects.

Small Business Assistance

Free and confidential business counseling is available through the local Small Business Development Center.  The Chamber also partners with the Franklin County Historical Society and the Franklin County Citizens for Historical Preservation.

Group Health Insurance
A total plan that is affordable to smaller firms is available to Chamber members.

Long Distance – Long Distance Billing
Multi-location volume on long distance charges at reductions of 10 to 50%

Local Telephone Service
Enhanced Telecommunications Corporation gives a 5% discount on local telephone service to Chamber Businesses.  Members must contact ETC directly in order to receive the discount.

Tax Deduction
Chamber Membership is fully tax deductible as a business expense.

Tourism
The Chamber supports tourism in our areas in every effort to increase revenue within our community and provides FREE flyers containing tourist shopping information which are sent to visitors making inquiries via phone and mail.

Relocation Packets
The Chamber offers the opportunity to include items or information about your business in Relocation Packets to welcome new residents, businesses, and prospective newcomers.

Community/Public Service
Several civic projects are carried out by the Chamber aimed at overall community betterment.

Community Brochures
Maps, community profiles, shopping guides, calendar of events, industrial directory, club and organization guides, and church directories are available through the Chamber.

Seminars
Chamber Members receive invitations to seminars on management skills, quality improvements, customer services, sales techniques, social media and more.

Revitalization
Every effort is made by the Chamber to restore areas by working with groups that share the same goals of improving the images our our community and the local business climate.

Special Events
The Chamber sponsors early morning sessions with area legislators to provide members opportunities for face-to-face dialogue.Sponsorships
Chamber members have the opportunity to gain special recognition by nominations for special awards, such as Governor’s Century and Half Century Awards.  Small business awards and the Annual Chamber Awards are presented to locals at the Annual Chamber Meeting.

Local Government
The Chamber informs membership of local, state and national issues affecting Chamber Members, ICEA,  the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
