Over the last few years, the Chamber, along with other organizations, have pushed a “Shop Local” campaign. It is of grave importance to the viability of our community to keep spending here, at home. I would like to put a little twist on the “Shop Local” theme, and say to you, “Shop Service.” It is in my opinion, that whatever product you are shopping for, it is only as good as the service behind it. Whatever your need may be, the deal is supported by service. Business in a small town like Brookville is always more ‘personal.’ People are friends first, customers and clients second. My father told me years ago that “the price is forgotten, and the service is always remembered.”
